Almost done

Just a few more weeks and we'll be closing on the NC house. As you can see it is almost done. Just a few more tweaks and it will be ready to move in.

August House Sales

According to the news housing sales in July fell, and they don't exactly seem to be on the rebound in August. What happened to the traditional spike in sales at the end of the summer before kids went back to school and familys relocated. Just not happening. At least not here in sunny Florida.
